What advantages does GN Laboratories Magnesium Citrate offer over other magnesium products?

There are many different magnesium supplements available on the market, but users often do not know that not all forms of magnesium are equally effective - they differ in bioavailability or absorption capacity. Bioavailability refers to the amount of a nutrient that is actually absorbed by the body, while the rest is excreted. When choosing a magnesium supplement, it is important to choose one that offers the highest bioavailability.

Many products contain simple magnesium carbonate, which is cheaper but has low bioavailability. GN Laboratories uses magnesium citrate, which is more expensive but scientifically proven to be the form with the highest bioavailability. However, maximum bioavailability was not enough for us, so we increased the magnesium dose in GN Laboratories Magnesium Citrate to 300 mg (2 capsules), or 80% of the daily dose, to ensure sufficient magnesium even for intensively training athletes and people with high magnesium needs.
