During the muscle building phase, carbohydrates are the most important nutrient - even before protein. Because optimal carbohydrate intake makes muscles really efficient and ensures faster recovery. And that, in turn, is a basic requirement for you to be able to improve from workout to workout and thus build muscle effectively.
Of course, you could also cover the extra carb needs for muscle building with "empty" calories in the form of vegan gummy bears and sugary sweets, but that has nothing to do with a healthy, fitness-focused diet. PREPARATION AND CONSUMPTION SUGGESTIONS
Add 135g of powder (6 scoops) and 500ml of cold water or plant-based milk (such as oat milk) to a mixing bowl and shake well for about 15 seconds. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily. It is recommended to take it right after your workout and/or in the morning depending on your caloric needs.
